What kinds of vehicles do you service for fleets?
Company cars, delivery and cargo vans, work and utility trucks, and light- to medium-duty diesel – from half-ton pickups up through F-550-class chassis cabs. We do not take on Class 6 and above. All four San Diego County locations service fleet vehicles, so vehicles based across the county can go to whichever shop is closest to their route.

How does preventative fleet maintenance actually save money?
Because scheduled service costs a fraction of an unscheduled roadside failure. A planned brake or cooling-system repair is a few hours of shop time on a day you chose. The same failure on the road is a tow, a missed route, a driver standing idle, and often a customer commitment you cannot make.

Can you build a maintenance schedule around how we actually use our vehicles?
Yes. Service intervals are set to your mileage or hour thresholds, vehicle mix, duty cycle and any compliance requirements you carry, rather than a generic schedule. High-mileage delivery vans and low-mileage service trucks get different plans even inside the same fleet.

Do you accept fleet cards and handle billing?
Yes. We work with the major fleet management networks including Holman/ARI, Element, Enterprise Fleet Management, Wheels/Donlen and LeasePlan and accept WEX and Voyager fleet cards. We can bill against a purchase order, offer net terms, consolidate invoicing across your fleet, and set per-driver authorization limits so your people can approve work up to a threshold you control.

What warranty covers work on our fleet vehicles?
Commercial-use vehicles up to 19,500 lbs GVWR are covered by the NAPA AutoCare Peace of Mind nationwide warranty for 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first – the commercial term differs from the 3-year/36,000-mile coverage on personal vehicles. It is honored at participating NAPA AutoCare facilities across the country, which matters if your vehicles travel outside San Diego County. Some repair categories are excluded; we will go through the specifics with you when we set up your account.

Does my fleet need a CARB Clean Truck Check?
If you operate diesel or alternative-fuel vehicles over 14,000 lbs GVWR on California roads, yes including out-of-state registered vehicles. Most diesel pickups and vans fall below that line, but larger chassis-cab trucks and box trucks generally do not. Compliance means an annual fee plus periodic emissions testing, moving to four tests a year for OBD-equipped vehicles from October 2027. We do not perform Clean Truck Check testing, but we diagnose and repair the faults that cause a failure – bring us the result and we will handle the repair.

Can you service our vehicles at more than one location?
Yes. We operate four San Diego County shops San Carlos/La Mesa, Serra Mesa, Vista/Oceanside and Poway and service history is shared across all of them. A vehicle serviced in Vista can go to Poway next time and the technician will see everything that has been done.
