I rely on my car. Can I get it back today?
Depending on the nature of the repair, we can usually return your car the same day. However, if there are unforeseen circumstances, ownership offers free loaner cars subject to availability.
Are you open on Saturday?

We’re closed weekends because we employ the finest professionals in the industry. They deserve time to rest, rejuvenate and spend time with family and friends. We appreciate your understanding.

We offer early drop off using the Key Box. Also after hours pick up can be arranged if needed.

How often should I have my oil changed?

Depending on driving conditions and manufacturer recommended intervals found in your Owner’s Manual. Synthetic oil extends the time between oil changes and is also more environmentally friendly!

How often should I change my belts and hoses?
We recommend changing belts and hoses every 5 years or 60,000 miles. Belts and hoses should be checked at each oil change.
How often should I have my antifreeze flushed and refilled?
Aero Auto Repair recommends a cooling system service every 2 years or 30,000 miles. Antifreeze can become acidic and cause damage to your cooling system components and your engine.
My brakes are squealing and the brake pedal vibrates when stopping. Is this dangerous?
How often do I need a tune up?
If your vehicle is running poorly, this may be caused by a number of factors and should be diagnosed for poor running condition.
What does the nationwide warranty cover?
It covers most repair categories — brakes, steering and suspension, electrical, air conditioning and heating, cooling, fuel, ignition, starting and charging, emissions, exhaust, drivability and engine management work. It does not cover normal wear and tear, routine maintenance like oil and fluid changes, tires or batteries (hybrid drive batteries excepted), internal engine or transmission work, or vehicles over 19,500 lbs GVWR. Commercial vehicles are covered for 24 months/24,000 miles. We will give you the full terms with your repair order.
How does the nationwide warranty work if I break down out of state?
If you are more than 25 miles from the shop that did the work, call the NAPA warranty administrator at 1-800-452-NAPA and they will direct you to the nearest participating NAPA AutoCare location — and depending on the situation you may be eligible for towing or rental benefits. Within 25 miles, bring it back to us. Either way, keep your copy of the repair order; you will need it.
